The TPD Chaplains Corps provides spiritual care, crisis support, and pastoral presence to officers, their families, and the Tulsa community.
The Tulsa Police Department Chaplains Corps is a volunteer ministry serving the men and women of the TPD — providing confidential spiritual care, emotional support, and pastoral counseling.
We walk alongside officers through critical incidents, personal crises, grief, and the everyday weight of a demanding profession. Our chaplains are trained, vetted, and trusted members of the department family.
We also serve the broader Tulsa community — responding alongside officers to scenes involving death notifications, trauma, and community needs.
We are always looking for men and women of faith who feel called to serve law enforcement and their community in a chaplaincy capacity.
Chaplain candidates go through a formal vetting and training process before being credentialed with the Tulsa Police Department.
Fill out the form below and a chaplain coordinator will be in touch with next steps. You can also download the official application to print and sign.
